How BAIS handles first-contact information
Stored for business follow-up
Website lead submissions may be stored in BAIS systems so the request can be reviewed, prioritized, and exported for follow-up.
Used only for intake triage
BAIS may use AI-assisted lead intelligence to summarize the request and identify relevant services. Do not include confidential details in the initial form.
Used for notifications and replies
If connected, email and text tools may notify BAIS when a request arrives. BAIS does not sell contact-form submissions.
Confidential work starts after agreement
If a project requires sensitive information, BAIS should first agree on scope, access, confidentiality expectations, and data-handling boundaries.
